Indulgence is shaped by a belief passed down long before there was a brand: caring for yourself is never frivolous. It is foundational.
That belief began with Stephanie's godmother, a North Carolina educator who taught her to stay curious, ask questions, and pay attention to what care makes possible.
Together, they explored simple ingredients, mashed what nature offered, and learned through observation and trips to the library and research. Blueberries from the hills, rice from the coasts, sweet potatoes from the soil. Ingredients woven into everyday nourishment and early lessons about care.
