Did not receive everything I ordered.

I did not receive the Cherry Almond instead I received Berry Citrus. I reached out to find out about exchanging it for what I ordered and never received a response. The rest of my order was correct and smelled good. I still have not opened the Berry Citrus and wish to receive the Cherry Almond that I ordered. Thank you.
