Hey Indulgers,
Every chapter of my life has led me here, creating little luxuries for you to enjoy. I began in beauty school at Gordon Phillips, where I first discovered how deeply I loved caring for hair, skin, and body. After graduating, I worked in salons and naileries throughout Philadelphia, sharpening my skills and deepening my passion for beauty while also supporting myself through Temple University, where I studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology and minored in Education. Later, I went on to pursue my PhD studies at the University of Delaware. Even while immersed in academics, creativity never left my side.
While in graduate school, I launched a small business painting children’s room décor, giving neighborhood youth a way to work and believe in themselves. Later, I opened a bakery where I designed cakes that blended art with flavor, a journey that brought me all the way to Food Network’s Cake Wars as an assistant to Mimi Hood. That experience with edible artistry now inspires my fragrances, especially the gourmands that smell sweet, rich, and delicious, while also giving me the foundation to excel in clean, floral, musky, and fresh categories.
Through it all, I never stopped making gentle remedies and indulgent treats for my own sensitive skin. Friends and family encouraged me to share them, and so Indulgence Spa and Body Products was born. Now, ten years later, this little idea that began in my kitchen has become a brand that continues to grow, celebrate milestones, and touch lives all over the country.
What makes Indulgence different is not only the formulas but the heart behind them. Every jar, bottle, and fragrance is a love offering from me to you. I call myself your Auntie and friend because I want you to feel welcomed, cherished, and spoiled a little. When I say Auntie, I do not mean older. I mean someone who cares for you like family and wants you to feel seen, loved, and celebrated. My hope is that you pause, breathe, and truly indulge in something that makes you feel good.
Thank you for letting me share my journey and for making Indulgence our shared story. This brand is no longer mine alone. It belongs to all of us. Here is to the next ten years of indulgence, creativity, and community.
With love,
Your Auntie and friend,
Stephanie
